FastNet Wireless 4-Month Service Agreement

Please review the terms of this Agreement before signing. By signing, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Terms of Service

1. Service Commitment

• You agree to a 4-month service term starting from the activation date.
• This offer is valid for new customers only.

2. Payment Terms

• Autopay is required: Payments will be automatically charged to the card on file.
• Upfront Costs: Installation and the first month’s service payment are not included in this Agreement and must be paid before activation.
• Monthly service charges: Charges will begin after installation and will continue for the 4-month term.

3. Free Equipment

• Equipment provided at sign-up is free of charge as part of this 4-Month Service Agreement.
• You are responsible for the care and return of all equipment if service is terminated early.

4. Early Termination

• If you terminate service before the end of the 4-month term:
  • The cost of the equipment will apply.
  • If equipment is returned, a fee of $100 is due upon return of the equipment.
  • Unreturned or damaged equipment will incur additional charges.

5. Equipment and Installation

• Installation fees and installation equipment are separate and must be paid upfront.
• Service calls are not included in this Agreement and will incur additional fees.

6. Coverage and Limitations

• Service is subject to availability in designated areas.
• Performance may vary due to environmental factors, network conditions, or other external conditions.

By signing below, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood the terms of this 4-Month Service Agreement with FastNet Wireless.
• You agree to all terms, including autopay, upfront payment requirements, free equipment provisions, and early termination conditions.
